  • Court Submission

We submit your signed Consent Order and supporting documents to the court, taking care of the application process for you.

We communicate with HMCTS while your application is with the court and keep you updated on its progress.

  • Routine court queries

If the court raises a routine query about your application, we deal with it at no additional charge.

If the judge requests amendments to your Consent Order or requires further information, we'll prepare the necessary amendments and supporting statements at no additional charge.

Included in the £129 Fully Managed Service

We Manage Your Court Application

Our Fully Managed Service takes care of submitting your agreed Consent Order to the court, communicating with HMCTS and handling routine court queries. If the judge requests further information, we prepare the necessary supporting statements for both parties to review and sign.

We manage the court application on behalf of the Applicant, who remains our primary point of contact throughout the process.

If the Judge Requests Further Information

If the judge does not approve your Consent Order at the first assessment and requests further information, we prepare the necessary supporting statements for both parties to review and sign.

If the judge requests amendments to your Consent Order, we'll prepare those too, at no additional charge.

All of this is included in our £129 Fully Managed Service at no additional charge. The final decision on approval remains with the judge.

Not included in the drafting-only Standard or Fast Track packages. Court hearings, contested proceedings and renegotiation of the parties’ financial agreement are not included.
