How It Works
Step 1: Place Your Order
Order securely and you’ll receive a simple online questionnaire to share your financial details and the arrangements you’ve agreed.
Step 2: Priority Drafting
Once your questionnaire and any supporting information are complete, an experienced SRA-regulated solicitor prepares your Consent Order and supporting documents in just 7 working days.
Step 3: Review, Sign and Submit
Both parties review and sign. You can submit the documents yourself or add Fully Managed Service.

Add our Fully Managed Service for an additional £129. We submit and manage your application through the court process on your behalf. It includes:

How quickly will my Fast Track Consent Order be prepared?
Our Fast Track Consent Order service provides priority solicitor drafting in just 7 working days.
When does the seven-working-day period begin?
The seven working days begin once we have received your completed questionnaire and any further information needed to draft your documents. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted.
What documents are included?
You receive a bespoke Financial Consent Order, a fully completed D81 Statement of Information, a completed Form A and, where required, a Pension Sharing Annex.
Can Fast Track include pension sharing?
Yes. Pension sharing is included in the Fast Track service. Where pension sharing is required, we also prepare the Pension Sharing Annex.
Can I use Fast Track if we have property or business interests?
Yes. Fast Track can accommodate up to three properties, business interests and combined assets up to £2 million. If your assets exceed £2 million or you have more than three properties, please contact us before ordering.
Do both parties need to agree?
Yes. A Consent Order records a financial agreement that both parties have already reached, and both must sign the documents. This service is not for resolving a financial dispute.
Does Fast Track mean the court will approve my order faster?
No. Fast Track speeds up the drafting of your documents only. It does not affect HMCTS processing times or how quickly a judge considers your application, and court approval is at the judge’s discretion.
Can I add Fully Managed Service?
Yes. You can add our optional Fully Managed Service for £129. We submit and manage your application through the court process on your behalf, including a pre-submission quality check, electronic or paper signing and communicating with HMCTS on the applicant’s behalf. If the court requests further information, documents, statements or amendments, we prepare everything required at no extra cost, with a named point of contact throughout.
