About these terms

Consent-Order.com is a trading name of ExD Legal Services Ltd, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. VAT registration number 494 6407 57.

These terms govern your use of the Consent-Order.com website and all associated services provided by ExD Legal Services Ltd through it. We may change these terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Changes take effect from publication and do not affect orders already placed.

Our services

We provide solicitor-drafted Financial Consent Order services, including the Standard Consent Order, Fast Track Consent Order, optional Fully Managed upgrade and Clean Break Order (eligibility criteria apply). What each service includes is described on our services page at the time you order.

Drafting times begin once we have received your completed online questionnaire and any further information needed to prepare your documents. Standard drafting is completed within six weeks and Fast Track drafting within seven working days.

You will need to pay a separate fee to the court to apply for a Consent Order. Court fees are set by the UK Government and are not included in our prices. You may be eligible for help with court fees if you have a low income.

If the court rejects your Consent Order because of a drafting error made by us, we will correct it free of charge. Court approval itself cannot be guaranteed.

You can buy with confidence. If you change your mind, you may cancel and receive a full refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee.

• The guarantee expires seven days after purchase, or when you submit your information through the online questionnaire, whichever happens first.
• It applies to all services purchased on Consent-Order.com, including the Standard Consent Order, Fast Track Consent Order, Fully Managed upgrade and Clean Break Order.
• To request a refund, email support@exdlegalservices.co.uk with your name and order details.

Cancellations and refunds

You have the right to cancel within seven days, as set out in our money-back guarantee above. To cancel your service or request a refund, please email support@exdlegalservices.co.uk with a brief description of your request.

Our services are valid for six months from the date of purchase. After this period, you will no longer be entitled to use the service you purchased.

Support

We will help with general questions about completing your online questionnaire and provide reasonable support throughout your service. You can contact us at support@exdlegalservices.co.uk.

Customer care and complaints

We aim to deal promptly with any complaint about our service and to respond within 14 days of receiving it. We usually reply by email and can arrange a telephone call to discuss more complex matters if needed.

Use of our website and documents

You may use this website and the documents we prepare for your own personal use only. You may download or copy information from the website for personal use, provided all copyright and other notices are kept.

You may not publish, transmit, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute or otherwise exploit any of our content, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by these terms. You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these terms.

Limitation of liability

ExD Legal Services Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from or connected with the use of our documents, this website or our support service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our liability for direct loss arising from the use of our documents, this website or our support service is limited to the total value of the order under which the claim arises, for any one event or series of connected events.

Payments and privacy

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how we handle your information.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
