The HMCTS court fee is £62 and is payable separately. It is charged by the court for considering the application and is not part of our fees.

Our standard service covers combined assets up to £2 million and up to three properties. If your circumstances fall outside those limits, please contact us before ordering to discuss our High Net Worth service.

Specialist work outside the standard scope may require a separate quotation.

How long does it take?

Our standard drafting time is six weeks. Once the application is submitted, court processing times vary, and whether to approve the order is at the judge's discretion.
